Yunnan · Fengqing · 1,600 m
Large-leaf · Gongfu black tea
From the highland gardens of Fengqing to a cup in the Gulf: a Chinese black tea with full aroma and a deep red liquor.
Origin
Fengqing sits above the Lancang River in Yunnan, where tea grows at 1,600 metres and higher. Heavy mist and wide day–night temperature swings slow the plants down, so the leaves build more flavour.
One bud and two leaves are picked, then withered, rolled, fermented and dried, before sorting and grading. That is what “Dianhong Gongfu” means.
Fresh leaves are spread out to lose some moisture and become soft.
The leaves are rolled to release juice and tighten into strips.
Tea polyphenols oxidise; the liquor turns red and the aroma forms.
Heat locks in the aroma, then the leaves are graded by strip and bud.
Selection
All three come from the same Fengqing gardens; the difference is the picking standard and the age of the trees.

02 / Old Trees
古树
From tea trees over a hundred years old. Thick honeyed body, a long sweet finish, and it keeps going through several infusions.
03 / Classic
经典
One bud and two leaves. Strong and brisk with a clear malt note — the one to add milk and sugar to for karak.
Brewing
Boil, then let it sit for a moment. Water that is too hot pulls out bitterness.
For 200 ml of water. Want it stronger? Add a gram — there is no rule.
Three minutes for the first infusion, a little longer for each one after.
Quality
No flavourings, colourings or sugar — all the flavour comes from the leaf.
Pesticide residue testing is done by a third-party lab, with a report for each batch.
No animal ingredients, in line with common dietary expectations in the Gulf.
Buyers are welcome to test independently; we provide batch samples and traceability.
Wholesale
The process is simple: samples first, then confirmation of flavour and packaging, then production and shipping. The first order can start small.
